Shipping within Ukraine

In-stock items are shipped the next business day from Monday to Friday to the pick-up point at your carrier branch or by courier after your order is confirmed by our manager. The custom-made item will be shipped after its production.

The cost of delivery is paid by the recipient.

Any product listed on the website can be delivered.

RETURN POLICY:

 

Standard exchange and return conditions apply to products within 14 days from the date of shipment by the store in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine. The product can be returned if:

 

The product’s appearance and its components have been preserved:

• no mechanical damage, scratches, or wear and tear
• The original, intact packaging of the product and its components
• The product is eligible for exchange in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
• You have a receipt for the purchase of the product from KOTO.
