When you activate your KOTO, your profile will be automatically created. All new figures will be linked to this account to show the progress of your collection.
01.TAKE THE FIGURE OUT OF THE BOX
The KOTO collectible figure consists of 3 parts: the figure itself, its passport, and the original box.
02.TAKE THE PASSPORT OF THE FIGURE WITH A QR CODE INSIDE
Take KOTO's passport out of the box and open it. Scan the QR code from your passport with your phone and go to the next step.
03.ENTER YOUR EMAIL
Enter your email to create an account or log in. FOR NEW KOTO OWNERS: Select "New Customer" and enter the email you want to link your account to and activate the figure. FOR EXISTING KOTO OWNERS: Select "I have an account" and enter the email linked to an existing account. Please note that your KOTO figure will appear in the account linked to the email address you specified. After that, the email address cannot be changed. In case you lose your email, please contact our support at contact@koto.art
04.ENTER PASSWORD
Enter the password for your new account or the appropriate password for your existing account.
05.ENTER THE UNIQUE FIGURE ACTIVATION CODE
Find the unique code on the foot of your KOTO in the X-digit/activation code format. Fill in the form on the website.
ACTIVATION IS SUCCESSFUL!
You will be redirected to your profile.
